Section of Simpson Plaza now reopen to traffic in front of municipal center
(February 3, 2012) The utility work in Simpson Plaza, which is in front of the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center, has been completed. The plaza has been fully reopened to traffic. Motorists can return to using Coleman Boulevard to approach City Hall, Frisco Public Library, and all of Frisco Square.
