Annexations 

Development Services is responsible for processing annexations of properties located within the City’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). Annexations may be voluntary (initiated by the property owner or their representative) or involuntary (initiated by the City of Frisco).

Notice of Public Hearings
 
Public hearings for annexation cases are posted on this website, as required by state law (Texas Local Government Code § 43.0561). If no documents are listed below, then the City does not have any upcoming annexation public hearings.  

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Frisco, Texas will conduct public hearings on the listed dates at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Frisco City Hall, 6101 Frisco Square Boulevard, Frisco, Texas on the following requests:

 

A12-0001 - Prosper United Methodist Church Tract

Proposed voluntary annexation of 97.5± acres in the Collin County School Land Survey, Abstract No. 148, Collin County, Texas, generally located on the southeast corner of CR 26 and Dallas Parkway.
