Commercial Water Services
To set up water service, complete the Commercial Water Service application. A $75 deposit will be added to your first bill. Submit by fax at 972-292-5585, email, or bring your application to the Utility Billing Department at City Hall located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd.
Commercial Trash Services
The city's contracted service provider for commercial trash services is Independent Environmental Services Incorporated.
To set up trash services, you must have an established commercial water account with the City of Frisco. Commercial water and trash are billed on the same statement. If your management company is responsible for the water service, the water account is not necessary. Please complete the Commercial Trash Service Application, and submit by fax to 972-292-5585, email, or bring your application to the Utility Billing Department at City Hall located at 6101 Frisco Square Blvd.

Allow 48 to 72 hours for dumpster/cart delivery.
Note: Certificate of Occupancy required before a trash account can be opened.
