The City of Frisco's Smart Controller Program requires an annual membership renewal. By continuing the free annual membership, members receive a sprinkler system checkup, programming assistance with their smart controller, and a water use comparison report upon request. If you recently moved into your home with a smart controller yard sign, you are welcome to join the program through this membership renewal.
2011 Annual Membership
This year we would like to hear from all program members before Friday, March 18, 2011. If you did not receive notice to renew through a letter or email, you are still welcome to submit the form below. Please call us if you do not wish to continue in the program. We must pick up your designated smart controller yard sign.
