Water Waste 

To anonymously report water violations or emergencies, please the Public Works Department at 972-292-5800. A Public Works employee will answer your call Monday through Friday, 24 hours-a-day. On weekends, your call will automatically transfer to the non-emergency police dispatch line.

You may also email your water violation report to publicworks@friscotexas.gov. Your report will be documented and added to a water waste watch list for ongoing surveillance.

In your report, please provide the as much information as possible. Be sure to include the time of day, the location, and a brief description of the violation.

Excessive runoff that creates a constant stream of water away from the landscape.
Watering during any form of precipitation or as temperatures approach freezing.
Operating a sprinkler system with broken, misaligned, or missing sprinkler heads.
Watering surfaces like streets, sidewalks, driveways or other non-irrigated areas.
